Description
This is a variation of the parent design, QAA (see related), to be used on the actual questionnaire page.
Although I intended to continue using the nice question-mark-girl, it was occupying to much space.
Notice how the menu item changes, being zoomed for the current page. In the actual site, the effect is not quite as nice, but it works.
